Cultural mediation
Selebe Yoon is committed to developing its mediation program to a wide audience. Our team on-site is available during our opening hours to present our program in English, French or Wolof.
From independent visitors, schools, associations, foundations to corporate organisations, we are able to accommodate large groups and adapt the presentation of our program to any age and background.

Welcoming students and collaborating with schools is fundamental to our mission. Encountering art from a young age can play a decisive role in the construction of a perspective, and in the awakening of creativity and critical thinking. Our exhibitions become an opportunity to transform into intergenerational spaces where childcare holds a crucial place. Outside of a school setting, the works offer discursive possibilities and spark reflection on both a social and imaginary level. We welcome school groups and associations throughout the exhibitions, with guided tours adapted to all ages. This commitment is part of a broader vision, aiming to forge links with the audiences of tomorrow, while allowing children to understand that these spaces belong to them too.

Collective creative workshops, led by our cultural mediators, are offered in connection with the theme of the exhibition. From the construction of an imaginary spaceship to collage and coloring exercises, our exhibitions and our mediation program aim to develop an understanding of materiality, imagination, the search for critical solutions, personal expression, and exchange.
